- Flowers are usually collected or delivered the day before. For delivery from 18:00-22:00 (weekdays only) or within a one-hour timeframe, please WhatsApp us with your order ID or select Express Delivery.
- Your bouquet will arrive aqua-wrapped to keep it fresh; place it in an air-conditioned room and mist the flowers occasionally. Before use, remove the wrap and pat the stems dry to prevent excess water from dripping.
- Flower colours and leaves may vary due to seasonality and natural traits. Substitutions may be made with similar or superior blooms to maintain style.

Ngl, photos are taken with our iPhones and by 2 clueless but adorable “interns”. As much as possible, we try our best to just edit only the ugly fine lines and wrinkles on the background of the photos. Lightings and exposures have also been adjusted. So, the colours in our photos might look slightly different from the actual bouquets. But hey, we promise to constantly improve ourselves to serve you better.

Due to seasonal and natural factors, the colours of some flowers and leaves may vary. Likewise, some preserved bouquets contain hand-painted sola flowers making their design one and only in the entire world. If there are some blooms not available, we may substitute similar or superior blooms to maintain the overall style, making your bouquet uniquely yours.
Maintenance care tips for fresh flowers
Many of you commonly ask us, "How do we keep our bouquets fresh ah? I need them for an event." All fresh bouquets will be delivered to you "Aqua wrapped" (with plastic) to keep them happy and hydrated. Dried preserved bouquets don’t have. If you're using the bouquet for an event, place it in an air-conditioned room and give it a gentle misting. Don't forget to remove the plastic and pat the stems dry to avoid a watery mess.
Preserved flowers leh? How to keep fresh?
Preserve flowers can last around 3 months due to Singapore's humid weather. It also largely depends on how well you take care of it. But it's actually very simple one. Just keep them out of direct sunlight and humid conditions.
For Feng Shui practitioners, it is recommended to change dried bouquets between 7 to 30 days or consider opting for fresh flowers.
